Having the ability to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day is necessary in our industry.  In order to make this process easier, a lot of companies/franchises may use a 3rd party answering service to field and dispatch calls.  This person could be in some far off land and may not even be able to find Minneapolis or St. Paul on a map.  We don’t do that.  Any time a customer calls our company, the phone is answered by a certified professional who works for our company.  And not only could our employee find Minneapolis or St. Paul on a map, they could even probably find a town like Norwood Young America on a map (if they really had to).
