Water Technicians


Nick Nash
Lead Water Technician
Nick is the team’s Mitigation Manager. He ensures that water loss jobs are being tended to on a daily basis and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Nick has certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying, the Art of Drying, and Infrared Surveying. He has been with Clean Response since 2010. He formerly worked as an Assistant Manager at an auto-repair shop. Nick currently lives in Wisconsin and enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping during his free time.

Michael Lucas
Water Technician
Michael serves as a Water Technician and has been with Clean Response since 2013. He utilizes his Water Damage Restoration Certification (IICRC) to provide thorough and efficient water damage cleanup. Michael occasionally makes guest appearances as the “Clean Response Man.” He is originally from Alabama and has successfully survived four Minnesota winters.

Ryan Yost
Water Technician
Ryan works as one of our Lead Water Technicians. He worked in the industry for four years before joining Clean Response in 2015. Ryan has certifications in carpet cleaning and water damage mitigation.

Tony Sullivan
Water Technician
Tony joined the Clean Response team in early 2016 as one of our Lead Water Technicians, working to extract water damage and do demolition when necessary. Tony always aims to restore things back to their original manner rather than removing materials.

Estimators


Ron Albright
Senior Estimator / National Response Manager
Ron has been with the team since 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the restoration services industry. Ron holds the RIA Certified Restorer (CR) Certification. This certification is the highest level attainable in the restoration industry. There are less than 350 who hold this certification title nationwide, and Ron is the only individual in Minnesota with this title. Ron enjoys summers at his cabin and snowmobiling during the winter months.

Chris Stapleton
Estimator
Chris began working with Clean Response in 2008. Before he became an Estimator with Clean Response, Chris graduated from Saint John’s University with a degree in Business Management and then started his own painting company. Chris’s drive to learn and his attention to detail allow him to be an invaluable asset to our company.

Sam Henry
Estimator
Sam has been with Clean Response since 2014. He has been in the industry for seven years. After initially going to school for graphic design, Sam discovered he enjoyed the construction field. He liked helping people who are dealing with the stressful situations in life that often accompany owning a home or business. Sam participates in drift racing and enjoys being out on the boat with his family and dog in the summer time.

Estimator
Ron has been with Clean Response since 2014. He works with clients to estimate insurance losses and accurately assess the damage for flood, fire, and mold restoration. In his spare time, Ron enjoys golfing, fishing and taking his wife and kids on trips to Duluth.

Keith Dennler
Construction Superintendent
Keith has been with Clean Response since 2003. He oversees high quality work on our job production sites, and meets with customers to address their needs. Keith also enjoys spending time with his son and visiting Iowa.

Dave Garbacz
Construction Superintendent
Dave has been with Clean Response since 2007 and works in Vehicle Maintenance and Safety. Known by the team as the “supply master” or logistics supervisor, Dave keeps a smooth rotation on our equipment, pickups, and deliveries. He also helps ensure our sites are clean and orderly. When not driving our Clean Response trucks, Dave enjoys cruising on his motorcycle.

Tom Klaers
Director of Sales and Marketing
Tom has been with the team since 2010 and brings years of sales and marketing experience to our company. Trained as an estimator, Tom has extensive knowledge of the restoration industry. This knowledge helps him to proficiently communicate to our current and potential customers. In his first job out of college, Tom worked with Frito Lay as a route salesman. He enjoys golf and volleyball in the summer and skiing and broomball during the wintertime.

Sales
Dale has been with Clean Response since 2014. As part of our Sales and Marketing team, Dale uses his experience in the restoration industry to connect current and future customers to their needs within disaster restoration. Dale enjoys Minnesota summers by fishing on the lakes.

Shannon Wisen
Marketing Account Executive
Shannon formerly worked in project management and in the field, giving her clear insight to the needs of all parties involved in property damage. This experience also gives her an understanding of what needs to be done to bring properties back to life after water or fire damage. Shannon enjoys riding her horse Missy and taking her son to the park.

Mark Larson
President
Mark is a CPA (inactive) and has spent the majority of his career involved in many facets of real estate ownership and management. He understands the needs of property owners and managers to efficiently repair properties and get back to life and business. Mark is married and has three daughters. He spends his weekends attempting to play golf and enjoys riding his bike around the lakes.

Andy Banas
COO
Since 2001, Andy has contributed to our pursuit of delivering a “Clean Response” to your disasters. Andy has done so in various positions along the way including Lead Water Technician, Job Superintendant, and Estimator. As Chief Operations Officer, Andy hopes to guide our team in providing a flawless response every time and making sure this level of service is widely available. Andy plans on being around a long time to serve our customers and our employees. This should be no problem as long as Andy’s obsession with physical activity such as biking, running, yoga and weight lifting — combined with a panda bear diet of leafy greens — pays off.

Doug Johnson
CFO
The Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Clean Response since 2006, Doug has worked in construction accounting since 1998. During that time, he built relationships with several general contractors in the Twin Cities area. Doug has enjoyed being a part of Clean Responses’ growth and transitions during his time here. Doug is married and has two daughters and comes from a long family history of musicians. Today, he still enjoys performing piano occasionally with a Branson, Missouri-style variety show in Park Rapids, MN.
